Triple Knitting Braid

Now we will learn how to knit a triple knitting braid. At the previously article we learn how to knit a simple knitting braid. Go have a look at it maybe you will find it helpful before learn this one. If you want to learn how to make English ribs or rib with unwoven stitches keep reading. At the triple knitting braid you are crossing the teams of the stitches , like when you are knit your hairs with your hand: one time you are get in the top your right string and you pull to the left and one more time you are putting the left string over and you pull it to the right. That’s a quick example for the triple knitting braid. Let’s get into more detailed instruction and at the next article we will learn how to make a braid on rib.

Triple Knitting Instructions Instructions

The example triple knitting braid have width 9 stitches, 3 stitches for every string. Use Right side Jersey technique for the stitches of the knitting braid , for all the other stitches use Jersey Wrong side. Now we will mention only the stitches from the first row ( right side ) and second row ( wrong side ): Jersey right side.

3rd row: Pass the first 3 stitches at a needle and hold them at the front of the knitting pattern, knit right side the next 3 stitches , knit right side the 3 stitches from the needle , and then knit right side the last 3 stitches.

4th-6th Row: Jersey right side

7th row: Knit right side the first 3 stitches .

Pass the next 3 stitches into the needle and putt them in the back of the knitting pattern.

Knit the last 3 stitches Right side, then knit Right side and the 3 stitches from the needle.

8th row: Wrong Side. Repeat continuously  the 1th-8th rows.
